For the past 20 years, I have been representing both buyer's and seller's interest in the sale of all property types throughout Massachusetts, including: new construction, modular homes, foreclosure, short sales, and multifamily properties. I have been honored for my work by receiving the Multi-Millionaire Dollar Sales Club Award, Pacesetter Award, Quality Service Award, and #1 Sales Agent in Danvers for four consecutive years, per MLS statistics.

Unlike most real estate agents who only sell property, I've also flipped dozen of houses in a variety of countries in Massachusetts. From these experiences, I have developed a keen eye for understanding the best ways to maximize the value of your home before selling, or determining as undervalued home before buying. My clients have consistently received higher offers than their initial valuation, or saved considerable amounts by giving their new home a little bit of love.

In addition to selling real estate, I'm the leader of the Divorce Dream Team. After personally going through divorce, it opened my eyes to the financial, social, legal, and real estate challenges associated with going through a break-up. The Divorce Dream Team holds events featuring local professionals to holistically advise and support recently or soon-to-be separated adults.
